Cancellation, Refund & Exchange

1. Cancellation Policy:

Eligibility for Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.


How to Cancel an Order:

  • To cancel your order, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email at communication@aranyalifestyle.in. Our team will assist you with the cancellation process.

  • Post-Shipment Policy:
    Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may choose to reject the order when delivery is attempted at your doorstep.
    Once our courier partner confirms the cancellation and we receive the returned product, we will initiate your refund within 24 to 48 working hours.


Consequences of Frequent Cancellations:

  • Frequent cancellations may lead to the permanent blocking of your account from placing future orders on our website. We also reserve the right to report abusive behavior to other online platforms.


2. Refund Policy:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status via email or WhatsApp.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (for online payments) or credited to your bank account.

  • Refunds will reflect in your account within 7 to 15 working days after approval.


3. Exchange and Return Policy:

   

         Eligibility for Exchange or Return:

  •          Products are eligible for exchange or return only if they are unused, with tags and seals intact, and in their original packaging.

  •          Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  •          Items that are used, damaged, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.

          How to Request an Exchange or Return:

  •           Contact us via WhatsApp or email at communication@aranyalifestyle.in with your order details.

  •           For damaged or defective products, please share clear photos and unboxing videos within 24 hours of delivery to help us verify the issue.

          Resolution Process:

  •           Once your request is verified and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund as applicable.

  •           Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or credited to your bank account, and will reflect within 7 to 15 working days.

4. Damaged or Defective Product:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at communication@aranyalifestyle.in within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • Include clear photos and unboxing videos via WhatsApp to help us verify the issue.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.
